I arranged for my parcel to be collected on Monday, I waited in as instructed from 8am until 8pm, o one came to collect this. When I rang on Tuesday the automated system said the "Local courier is collecting this today", I rang the customer care line and after a 30 minute wait managed to speak to a lady who said the order had not been sent to the depot for allocation. Initially it was suggested I took the parcel to a drop off point, even though I had paid for collection. Then, She said she arranged for the collection to be done no later than 3pm on Wednesday, 2 days after it supposed to be going and only 1 day before it was due to arrive. It is now Thursday and said parcel is still in my hall. I have tried to contact the care line 6 times this morning, and just as you get to the point of being redirected to a person it disconnects. I would not recommend this Company to anyone, find another that actually does as it says it will.
