My parcel should have been delivered three days ago. All I get on the automated tracking system is that it will be delivered next working day but no it still has not arrived.
Trying to make contact with Hermes is impossible ; automated HOLLY will tell you what you already know that the parcel has not been delivered. The parcel is a birthday present and I have no idea when or if it will arrive.
