Absolutely god awful. Never deliver on time, and when they completely fail to deliver they set the delivery to "unable to deliver because you weren't in". We've seen 4 different Hermes drivers over the past 6 months park up in front of our house, wait for 10 seconds, then drive off without even having attempted a delivery, and then mark it as us not being in, despite the fact that I work from home all day every day.
I wouldn't trust these incompetent liars to post a postcard let alone with important packages. Utterly disgraceful sham of an operation.
