MYHolidays is not a real agency it is a fake scamming agency led by Indian scammers, it's a fraud they will pretend to make a booking for you and send you a booking confirmation. They will even call you after your booking confirmation claiming that the airlines fare became higher and that you need to pay more. I obviously realized it was a scam at this point and contact 'customer service' which actually isn't customer service but customer service will tell you that your booking is being cancelled due to a problem so you will receive a refund when in fact there is no booking in the first place, and you will definitely not get a refund back cause it's a SCAM. I've emailed them and tried to call about my booking all day and no one answers. If you call from a new number they will answer because they think it's people calling to make a new booking with them LOL, when they are ignoring your other number. All good reviews on this website are fake reviews made by them, automatically generated every few minutes to keep a good score. Do not believe these Indian scammers ALWAYS book from the airlines website directly.
