Apart from being nearly a week later than advised DPD your chosen delivery service delivered my order to a neighbour and not to my address to my preferred safe place i.e my shed!! After a hard day's work l don't expect to have to go knocking on doors to find my package.
I hope you will forward this to DPD!!
