AVOID , terrible service It’s taken 3 weeks of phone calls , emails and numerous excuses from them about my order , from covid to faulty batch ,blah blah They told me on 3 separate occasions it’s been posted and will be with you on such a day but didn’t arrive so was lied to on more than one occasion and they wouldn’t provide tracking when asked I finally got tracking number after nearly 3 weeks of waiting to be told by DPD it was wrong address …. The list goes on ! I paid for next day delivery to which after 10 days they did say they had refunded me but hadn’t , so called again and I did get it back Also offered a discount on next purchase , Next purchase ! I wouldn’t purchase from this company even if they offered it for free ! I finally received delivery today with the box very torn !
