I placed an order for a bag of horse feed on 16 March but the order remains unfulfilled. I have tried contacting the company on numerous occasions via the online chat, email and telephone but have had no response from customer services. My money was taken on the day the order was placed. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online and can only imagine that something fundamental has happened to the Myhungrypet company as reviews from over 2 months ago seemed to be OK; if a customer had had a problem with their order, customer services seemed to reach out via this review platform. This is not the case now. From my own experience I would not recommend ordering from this company.
