The IEE has demonstrated not just efficiency but trustworthiness. The initial fee stated on their website was $165. However, when is spoke with one of their customer service representatives, she advised me to apply under George Mason University so that the cost could be reduced to $145. I was very pleased with that. Notwithstanding, the evaluation process took place less than four (4) days. I will 100% recommend IEE for its low cost, efficiency and duration.
