They are faster than the other evaluation agencies and the price is right also compared to others. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge you a verification fee and then they don't really verify anything, you have to contact your university yourself so they send them the original transcripts. Although they waive the fee after they get the originals, I don't really understand why they have that option in the first place.
Overall, I am happy with the results. I would recommend IEE to get your evaluations.
