I will want to commend the very friendly response system of your chat room. it is awesome how they can guide and support clients. I had to request the evaluation of only my master's transcript as my school was having trouble sending official undergraduate transcripts. I was immediately refunded the balance even without my request for it. The most amazing thing was that, when I eventually requested an extra copy later on, it was sent within a few hours of my request. You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up.
