Hi David Haynes, I hope you are doing well. I believe that your business has several strengths, like being fast, providing customers with several options, and being convenient. However, I believe that in the case of Iran, where I studied, your criteria for evaluation are not fully correct. Most GPA calculators consider scores above 16 as A. To some extent, this could be true because, in Iran, we consider 16 to be a really good grade, especially for some courses it would be the highest score that one can get, but for my Bachelor's degree all 16 were considered as B, which reduced my GPA.
