I have really appreciated your efforts to work with my faculty members, Agnieszka Majewska and Elham Kamrani Motlagh, who have unique, irreplaceable documents and therefore feared to mail them off to strangers. The major problem that I faced: Could you please, when requests are submitted, reply with a better receipt? These requests were sent off with my (state university) purchasing card, which I have to reconcile monthly in a timely manner. But the automatic receipt that comes back doesn't show a total dollar amount, or the word "PAID".
