I'm very furious about your poor service. The evaluation report I received from you was CALCULATED in a TOTALLY WRONG WAY WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION! and 7 days have passed I still haven't receive the corrected report! My Deadline is today!
And also, you made my major name WRONG! and your reply from Dave even refused to correct it! THAT'S REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE FIX ALL THE MISTAKES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
