All in all, extremely satisfactory. The customer service is awesome both over phone calls and online chat. I could even reach them during the weekend. They helped me patiently at every step of the process. Evaluation was done within 3 business days which was very fast. If I ever need another evaluation, I am definitely going to get that done by IEE.
