Hi David, Thank you for the work you have done. I'm sorry I don't give the highest possible grade, but there are two reasons, the first is that IEE took a long time to make the information requests and instead of making only one with everything they could need, they made two, delaying the final response time. The second is aimed at the fact that the evaluation did not consider all my credentials, leaving out Credential No. 5, without there being an explanation on the matter. The certificate I downloaded last week was the one I incorporated into the paperwork for USCIS, as it had a deadline and I could not wait any longer for the evaluation to be completed.
