I would say that my problem was addressed, however I don't understand why we shouldn't have an official report on the account. It would be easier than relying on the email which you are not sure if I have received the report or not.
My 3 day guarantee was met but with an unofficial copy. I had to call customer service and wait for the official copy on an alternative email.
