The information is so confusing I lost 130 dollars because I understood the process wrong even after multiple chats with the team and suggestions that were wrong. It’s so sad I had to work extra hours to get mu money back because even though the chat help told me I could get a refund no one helped me with it. NO REFUND HAPPENED.
After that I tried contacting you and I have not received any response. It is so sad to feel lied to and especially with a lot of money.
