I was very satisfied with the service. I needed my German degree evaluated. Even though the German college took forever to send the documents, the staff at IEE was always supportive and the communication was great. I called the office twice because I had questions. There were no long wait times or anything and they were always able to answer my questions immediately - and all this in spite of the situation with Hurricane Helene which hit right during the time I had my documents with them. So, I definitely recommend using their service.
