As far as I know and following your website instruction, people who request evaluation for immigration purposes have to apply for provisional evaluation. However, this type of evaluation is not suitable for this purpose. I know that you finally prepare an official one but it had caused me confusion. Anyway, all other things were perfect. Thank you
