What I'm offended with is the following: My MSc transcripts from Norway: you only included the courses I took between 2000-2002. But what I expected was you include all the other courses I took until 2007. Why? Because my university has incorporated the results from 2003-2007 as part of that first MSc diploma I finalised in August 2002. Thats how I see it. So, I expected a GPA of about 3.05.... But I got 2.66. What made it worse for me is that you demand another 50 USD for reevaluation. I dont have money right now! I'm from Ethiopia, specifically from a war zone. Many problems.
