I'm literally not satisfied on certain points with MyIEE Service.
- During evaluation order application process MyIEE support team member took my whole day to explain & clarify certain things !
- No one from MyIEE team suggested me for partial evaluation options while waiting for Transcripts from university.
- Even after documents reached a week early, the team didn't started process early.
- I had to keep following up daily to check progress on my order.
- Even after mailing, calling, chatting over whatsapp multiple times mentioning it's SANS Evaluation order, MyIEE still delayed it.
- That resulted in my rejection for this year SANS Admissions. I'd now have to wait until next year for SANS Masters Program, as it was withdrawn. It's been very critical for my future at this stage. All my 15 days time, 15K money spent on this was all wasted!
- There was no expedition options available for SANS Specifically due to holiday season!
- I've asked for support over mail to SANS Team stating reason for the delay. No one yet responded to that mail.
- You need to have better order management, more staff during holiday season heavy load, any automated system notifying you about prioritized orders that could save someone's critical deadlines, staff's awareness about all possible services based on candidate situations !
- It took 8-9 long days to complete my transcripts evaluation. SANS is very strict in their deadlines & extensions please consider that aspect.
