The service definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so worried to ship my degree as it’s extremely important document. The IEE team made excellent job of keeping me up to date with every processing status that I even didn’t have a chance to start worrying once IEE received my documents. Their customer service team responded 24/7, I’m happy with the result, quality of translation, speed and service level. Thanks to the team who is responsible for the return shipment, I appreciated that my documents were shipped securely, even thick cardboard was used to make sure the degree arrives properly. When I shipped my documents I put them in the folder and file, everything was returned to me even though I didn’t expect folder to be sent back. Great service, transparency, follow up and quality.
