My experience with IEE has been mostly pleasant. The offer of a discounted rate was provided through the chat representative as well. The turnaround was also quick. It seems to be the quickest service around. However, the chat and customer service representatives don't seem to be native English speakers so there is some misunderstanding. One of my customer service responded with a remark which undermined my knowledge by mentioning how the company has been familiar and to avoid personal assumptions on my part. Even though, what I initially mentioned about Opencert and how they worked held true and it was the lack of information that complicated matters. A screenshot from the customer service gave me a better idea but it confirmed the lack of knowledge on OpenCert. In the future, it should be further clarified the preference on how Opencert needs to be shared instead of insisting like Opencert sends mail. Most local companies and schools are perfectly fine with receiving the coded file and it was how students received their Opencert.
