Your website is VERY BAD. It was nearly inpossible to submit the documents and the request. Fees were different at each stages updated after reloading the page, then it was I possible to submit the request due to missing inputs (unspecified which). Additionally, your team seems to not be aligned on whether evaluations via scans are possible or not, as I received multiple different responses to this question and had to involve my university after all. I'm very sorry to leave this kind of review, but your service was very, very bad
