Long story short, I had to contact the IEE team to clarify something up about the documents that I sent (if they had done more digging, they would have found the same result) but once I had sent an email, everything was immediately sorted! I’m happy with my experience with IEE, overall it was very quick and the online chat service is very helpful! Thank you!
