This company is not for the people that they serve. They cancelled my plan for not paying my reinstatement and then when I noticed, I contacted them immediately. I was told that the underwriter would have to review and make a decision and then emailed me back almost two weeks later stating that they weren’t going to reinstate it because I had placed two claims with them. The claims that I made were due to water issues beyond my control and instead of them protecting me and my business, they cancelled me. They are not for the people they are for themselves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
