Not sure what is wrong with your courier partner everyday I am receiving a notification that the product will be delivered today but unfortunately they did not deliver the product and they had blocked my number until yesterday now you might ask me how do I know my number was blocked. I tried to reach them multiple times by myself and gave a call but with just 1 ring the call gets disconnected that concludes my number was blocked . Today courier guy answered my call and started saying he is new joiner which is a lie and according to you the product will be delivered by 11pm but they are saying the delivery 🚚 is back to the warehouse and I had called them at 8:20pm.
Even your support team is pathetic they keep applying the same script again and again the product will be delivered within (24 to 48hours) what actions are you people taking against the delivery agent because the product had arrived at destination on 16th and was about to deliver the product on 16th. I am pretty sure There are no logistics challenges just the priority to your brand is pretty low that is way I did not receive the product yet.
My words might be bitter but it's the fact.
never again ordering any product of Mylo
