Well I used to work for your Chef director Gary Hollihead during the time of when he chef of Sutherlands . I can see from your picture published that he is a still a dour faced man . He basically physically abused and he hit me in the face during a service and threw me out like a piece of trash . If there was a Me too movement in the chef world then he should have been charged by the police and given a criminal record .
