They use multiple insurance companies so when you have an issue about your policy they can't actually answer any of your questions nor can they refer you to your actual insurance provider. Overall not very helpful on the phone. Paid £350 to fit a box, now that I've moved house 5 minutes down the road they have cancelled my cover but I can still get a quote on comparison websites. Even though I already have the box fitted I'm not able to still use this box because they have so many different insurance companies they use, as they are just the brokers. All in all you're better off going directly to the insurers. £75 to cancel my insurance also, when I didn't want to cancel in the first place. I'm definitely not the person to right bad reviews for companies nor am I the person to pay attention to most reviews. But this is genuinely ridiculous and I feel like I have not received a proper explanation nor have they really tried to keep my business, even though I tried to stick with them.
