I made three orders back to back because I was really impressed by the app idea, features, and reviews. However, I should have waited and tracked the first order prior to making more orders. My first order was to be shipped to Canada for a friend's birthday and I was given a time frame of 3-6 business days in the confirmation email. I also paid an amount of $3.99 for shipping so I assumed that shipping and delivery won't be a problem since extra shipping charges will ensure timely delivery and it usually takes around that time to ship to Toronto, Canada anyway. By the end of sixth business day, the card had not arrived. I emailed customer support and they were undoubtedly quick to revert but they told me that Canadian shipping takes 10-14 days. By then, the occasion would have passed. I think the delivery times in their email and website are pretty deceiving. Not impressed with how shipping from NYC to Toronto can take that long and even if it is to, why charge extra shipping when the service is not being provided for that money. It costed me CA $15.90 for this order which I was happy to pay for perks like customization and timely action on designing the card, but they should have a better framework for delivery and customer knowledge of the delivery time. All in all, I thought it was a little expensive compared to similar sites/apps which can deliver similar products in less price and time. Customer support just asked to look at the FAQs and did not pay attention to my situation.
