We've used them LOADS over the years as we have a fleet of about 25 vehicles which often have fleet reg plates on Always been decent in the past, but the last 2 orders we've had haven't ever been delivered - and we've been waiting since April 2022 for them to organise any sort of refund but just keep getting the cold shoulder. They even gave us a fake post tracking number which the post office refused to deal with as it wasn't a genuine number, and there's been no follow up from the admin team who we have chased on a number of occasions. It's not a huge amount of money but its still around £50 for 2 sets of plates. It's not the fact that the problem happened, its the fact that they've washed their hands of trying to solve it! 9 months later, still no plate and no refund, £50 down - from a once loyal & regular but now disappointed customer!
