Website wasn't clear, so my plates arrived and weren't legal. Having clicked the option for 'number plates' I just expected it to put the number plate in the correct format with the right spacing. Customer service didn't want to know at all. They even had a pre-written template response for this exact issue, which suggests it happens quite often. Poor service. In the end I took my business elsewhere - to a company who's number plate generators automatically put the correct spacing in. They could have helped fix the issue, but they didn't and lost a customer forever. Given the cost of producing the plates, I can't see how this could make sense to them. Oh well.
