In pandering to people that like to "play" with their registration plates and insert spaces where they ought not to be, they hide behind their T&Cs and FAQs to excuse their own lack of professionalism! Within the front page of their ordering system, they do not warn customers about the legal requirement for a space between the last number and the first of the three letters; as I discovered to my cost, this causes an MOT failure!!!
