We ordered a heavy tarp as well as Rachel straps that were shipped to the wrong address, when we called them to point out the mistake they charged us a 21.00 address change fee. Then turned around and charged it a second time!
It’s sad because we spend 1000s with that company and have recommended them to others. As of now we will never do business with them again nor will we recommend them again.
Their customer service spoke loud and clear about the company! I highly suggest you think twice before ordering from them!
