Purchase was implemented on the 25th with expected delivery of the 28th. As of 02DEC, item was still not received. CSR stated that packages are picked up daily and unsure why it wasn't picked up and the 28th is an estimated date. Nonetheless, the FedEx tracking number was provided yet the package still sits in the warehouse. Was offered for package to be sent or refunded, no offer of expediting the package.
