Positive points: - very cheap rates indeed - easy to use - quick to top-up and quick to add new numbers - clear conversation sound Negative point: The connection gets unexpectedly broken regularly during longer calls This is annoying when calling a support desk overseas. These desks work with a queue before being assigned to an actual person. It happened to me twice after waiting for 10+ minutes in the queue: I got disconnected just after explaining my issue. Then have to call back, queue again and explain the issue to another person and hope not getting disconnected again...
