I have been trying for the last 6 hours to download, activate and Nothing, the instructions do not work for me. I sent email -- they responded 2 times, then just went Ghost on me. I had a messenger conversation as well, and after about 20 mins -- again no response. At this point customer service sucks. There are a few people (we live internationally) that are looking for a service --- Apparently -- they do not want or need new customers.
