Hi, I really like mytello. There are some contacts I have overseas I cannot call using WhatsApp or Skype. Mytello comes in very handy in those situations. It is very affordable and topping up my credit even works via Mpesa. One suggestion for improvement: When I travel away from my home country I need to contact mytello customer service so they make changes to my account in order to use the service. This has to be reversed when I return to my home country. Sofar this has been a very painless procedure as the mytello customer service has been excellent and these changes have been made almost immediately after I requested them. My question is, can mytello automatically detect which country I am in and make those changes without going through the email conversation with customer service. With much appreciation. Daniel
