And in approximately an hour I received an email from MYTHERESA ‘Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the selected payment service. The availability of our services may vary for each customer based on criteria such as return history’ . I never received an email notifying me of this change . Regardless , I made the transfer and sent the Babk advice slip to them within the 72 hour window, I called them and they were very rude and cancelled my order and when I sent an email with the facts pointing out that I sent money by bank transfer they never replied . I consider their behavior in breach of my consumer rights and I intend to report to EU consumer rights council
