I had the same experience as many others with Mytheresa.
I was a very loyal customer for many years and I was ordering without second thought. Also items which I did not if they are suitable for me.
I liked them and I wanted to try them.
It seems that they do not like returns and without any warning they have blocked my account.
I can pay only with wire transfer.
That means more expensive and no customer protection.
I see that many people have the same problem !
And I wonder ? How is it possible and they have so many positive reviews in Trupilot ?
