I contacted these guys direct to conduct a check out as the previous company who undertook my check in were no longer trading. The report format was brilliant and really easy to read for when we looked to assess the deposit deductions. I can say the final report was fair and reasonable and provided good commentary. I have to say that Mytoor Inventories are experts in their field as nothing was disputed by the tenant and it did not require any adjudication (unlike the last time I did one of these). So very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.
