What a nightmare experience!
When I was using Buying Assistance it was ok, I might say one of the best way to ship multiple item at fair rate. For that, the score would be 5 star. The downside is that is not you buying but you pay MyUS to buy for you. One day they suggested me to buy directly and use their address/suite for delivery, WITHOUT WARNING ME ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES.
It was HORRIBLE!.
They charged me without asking a HUGE amount for a small package and put a custom value almost 3 times the real Amazon price. They didn't give me a chance to interact. I wrote immediately (there is no live chat) and they reply 1 day later, nothing was done and the wrong value confirmed. So when the parcel arrive at custom I will have to pay a lot of taxes.
Their support service is so poor, looks like they don't really read your email, they don't face your concerns, just bypass them. Having another small package arrived to them I had to block my card to avoid another crazy "unauthorized" charge and give up the item (btw, again the value assigned was wrong...) What a shame!
All in all I lost 200 US$ because of the way they deal with your concerns. It's so, so frustrating...
Another joke? At first transaction with them they test my card charging 9$. They never credit back and despite many email they refused to show me proof of credit.
I'm not ashamed to write my name as what I wrote here I already wrote to them, they know I believe they are a completely mess.
