When contacted, my very helpful support agent Lora confirms that, indeed, they are committing to their marketing fraud on no hidden costs. It is a tax free item and their carrier charge me for the same amount of hidden fees as it took to ship it. Literally doubling the shipping cost. Do not be deceived by the low cost in their webpage. It means no hidden cost on our side, but our carrier will charge you for the amount you are owed after using our service. Now I am expecting 2 times the shipping cost for all the other items I have send through them. Should not have used this service .
