they lost a package of mine after a few days of requesting to ship it out, while I'm forced to wait for a week for them to find it, they lose my other package and cancel my shipping request, and they have already collected shipping fees about two weeks ago.
I was also forced to go with only one option, shipping out the first package then shipping the second one when they find it, but ended up losing both packages, and losing the shipping fees I paid. worst customer ever. poor service and delays/hidden fees are always happening.
