I am really disappointed with their service. I have a package that has arrived in MySuite 5 days ago and it was not processed so far. On their website it says to give UP to 48 hours to process the item, their costumer service told me that it can take UP to 72 hours, and now I tried to get in touch with them but no answer.
Poor service, lots of lies, really disappointing and not recommending.
