Sent my outbound package through FedEx. FedEx lost the package midway. They told me it is my problem and they won't do anything about it. Didn't help a bit. Don't recommend them. They also overcharge you for EVERYTHING.
They asked me to file a claim with FedEx myself, even though they are the shipper, and arranged it. And said they won't be refunding me for ANYTHING.
