There service is terrible and nothing seems to work as advertised. I ordered a mobile phone from Verizon who would not ship it to PR. I had it shipped to my MyUS address and
- It took 3 days to log in the receipt and my nagging them to check for it. They kept saying "it can take up to 48 hours".
- They also had outdated instructions on their website for receiving packages and, after inquiring about it, they simply said "oh, that is outdated". Yeah, so remove it maybe so you don't waste your customer's time being confused!
- Then, because of the delay, I would no longer be in PR when I was likely to receive the package. No problem, I can have it shipped to the US address where I will be. PROBLEM, they want to charge me duplicate FL sales tax of over $100 to ship it to a US address. Keep in mind, I already paid sales tax to Verizon and send them the invoice several times.
- They now just keep asking me the same question over and over and, after sending them the invoice with proof of my sales tax payment, I just keep waiting a whole day for a response every time they ask me for information again, much of which are duplicate requests.
- When they received the package and list it on my account, there is an attached shipping invoice which clearly shows what I paid Verizon in FL sales tax. They already had this info and now I have provided it again about three times.
- I am still trying to get them to send out my package but, I fear, I may be done with my travels and back in PR by the time they get around to sending it.
My next step will be to report the package stolen by them to the police. I don't know what else to do but won't be extorted for $250 between insurance, shipping, and illegal duplicate sales tax in order to get my package that I already paid for.
