Charged me $40 dollars for 1kg. sent by Australian Post, which they decided, had no choice. According to website, shipment should arrive within 5-10 business days. After 11 business days still no tracking available, although they gave an awb and they want me to wait up to 15 business days before even trying the contact Australian Post. Australian Post does not recognize the awb or tracking information.
For comparisson, Fedex shipment of 2.4kg shipping and handling costs of $22.50 and arrived within 5 days!
