If there was an option to choose no star or half a star, i'd choose that. I had my package sent to them and the package is still yet to be located and logged into my suite. I waited for weeks. I contacted them through live chat and whats app and they kept delaying the process day after day after day till it became weeks. Still no help and change from them. I am still waiting for my package to be located and logged in. It seems like they don't value customer care, which is the reason why their business is running in the first place. Once i get my package, i am canceling my membership and NEVER AGAIN using MYUS. If you want to regret using MYUS, do yourself a favor, DONT!!!!! I REPEAT DON'T!!!! Worst experience ever.
