After 15 years of being MyUS.com customer, I experienced the worst and humiliating service I could imagine. They put my package "under review" for two weeks because DeWalt hand tool contains lithium-ion battery, but without any instructions what to do next to solve this issue. After I've been humiliated more times by stupid and useless chatbot Atlas, I reached a human person with some capabilities to understand my problem, asking to split the package in two parts in order to send the battery to the country whose airport can handle it. But unbelievably, they split the package it two, each containing the battery although the package contains only one battery. How do they make two batteries from one battery; it can be explained only as a miracle or what else? Those people are miraculous! Unbelievable!!! At this moment I still have no solution, cannot ship the packages and waiting I don't know for what.
